Lu.Mora Brands LLC operates this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

What we collect

Two things.

Information you send us. If you email us or submit a form on this site, we receive whatever you put in it — typically your name, your email address, your company, and what you're asking about.

Basic visit data. This site is built on Wix, which records standard technical information about visits: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring site. Wix sets cookies to make the site work and to produce this data. We see it only in aggregate.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to do the work you've engaged us for, and to keep the site running. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it. We do not use anything you send us as a public example of our work without asking you first.

Who else can see it

Our website host (Wix) and our email provider process this information on our behalf in order to provide those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and project records are kept while a working relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and tax records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except where we are required to retain it.

Your choices

Write to sara@lumora-brands.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; tell us and we will honour them.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. This site works without them, though some things may behave oddly.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
